Terms and Conditions



A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the day hike booked is required to hold your booking. The balance of this fee is due seven days prior to the start date of the hike. We accept email transfers. A liability waiver must be signed before you begin the hike. This will be done when you arrive. All hikes have a minimum of four participants. Go Outdoors Adventure reserves the right to change this condition.

Other Additional Costs

Hikes into a National, Provincial or  Regional District Park will have an additional Park Fee added and is due with the final payment seven days prior to the start of the hike.

Cancellation By You

If final payment is not received within seven days prior to the date of the hike you booked, Go Outdoors Adventure reserves the right to treat the reservation as canceled. The balance of payment will be refunded if another participant fills your spot and the four-person minimum requirement is met. Cancellation notice must be received in writing.

Participation Requirements

No one may participate in a hike unless all payments and all required documents are received by Go Outdoors Adventure by the above-mentioned deadline. If you provide false information which compromises your safety and other hikers’ safety or the ability of others to complete the hike, you may be denied participating in the hike at the trailhead or meeting location. No refund will be given if incomplete or false information stops you from completing the hike.


Prices are subject to change without notice. In this event, as much notice as possible will be given along with the option of another hike or cancellation with full refund.

Cancellation By Go Outdoors Adventure

Go Outdoors Aventure reserves the right to change any hikes or cancel any hike for any reason whatsoever. This includes but is not limited to insufficient booking levels, forest/trail/road closures (fully or partially), forest fires, hazards, weather, etc. Go Outdoors Adventure is not responsible for any expenses incurred by participants in pre-hiking preparations. If a hike is canceled by Go Outdoors Adventure you will be offered the option to reschedule, book a different hike or a full refund.


All participants are required to sign a liability release. This is done at the trailhead.
